Each site implements and resources the three FACE components based on their local community needs. The BIE evaluates each component independently twice a year.
FACE ensures that children develop the necessary academic and resilience skills to succeed in kindergarten and beyond by:
● Encouraging early literacy and numeracy development
● Empowering families as their child’s first and most influential teacher
● Enhancing parent-child engagement in education
● Building strong family-school-community partnerships
● Supporting local culture and language

The FACE program is always looking to grow and expand its impact by welcoming new BIE schools to become FACE sites. By joining the FACE program, schools can offer a comprehensive early childhood and adult education program that strengthens families and communities. If your school is interested in bringing FACE to your community, we invite you to connect with our team at recruitment@face-program.org to learn more about the application process and available support.
